Info on magic:
Magic used in the NRG universe is not the same as withcraft or sorcery. There are no 'spells', and not very often does magic require an incantation (and if it does, it's spoken in Alaiasa, the magic language). While magical objects and weapons exist, for the most part, the magic used comes from the person themself. (Closely related to the idea of 'chi').
Elemental magic--there are six main elements: fire, water/ice, wind, earth, lightning, and plant. Most people have a strong element. Some, but not many have a 'true' element, meaning they have superior control of magic of a certain type of element (for example, the nrg girls all have true elements). If one is a true elemental, they also have a color associated with them. (ex: Rei is purple lightning). A person's strongest magical color is almost always the same color as either their hair or eyes.
There is non-elemental magic as well. There is no common term for non-elemental magic, though some refer to it as 'synth' magic.

People are not born with magic or without it. Nor are people are born knowing magic; one must be taught it or somehow exposed to it. It is *extremely* rare for a person to learn it on their own (ex: Earth. little or no signs of magic, anywhere). Also, it's not sufficient enough in the majority of cases for a person to be around magic--it must be somehow taught.



Setting:
The nrg characters travel to many different places in different universes, so they have the potential to encounter pretty much anything. If you're here for an art trade and feel ambitious enough to draw a background, go crazy. If you draw it, then they've been there ;)



Clothing/costumes:
Feel free to dress the girls (since I only have info up for them) as you like, really, or what you think would fit their personality. In their day-to-day earth lives they wear normal western clothing since they're 17 year old Americans. In their transformed state, they often engage in hand-to-hand combat so clothing that does not constrict movement is most practical. Sometimes they wear a set costume which is here, but it's subject to change. But really, I'm not picky...if you want to put one of them in a prom dress or kimono or swimsuit or whatever, go nuts XD

If you're here for an art trade, I'd like to request no hentai/porn 'cause that's just not my thing. Artistic nudity, however, is perfectly fine.
